As part of a routine inspection, Alignment Engineering Group was asked to travel to Ecuador to perform alignment services on six trailer-mounted TM2500 turbines. Working in close collaboration with Air New Zealand, we carried out alignment measurement and correction on the six packages.

Alignment was carried out using Pruftechnik ROTALIGN Ultra iS. There were several challenging factors including tight timeframes and managing task flows with other service providers performing maintenance on the packages.

Excellent alignment results were achieved on all six packages.
